They have specify a long range of 208 Km but at this range they
have a poor resoltuion of 13 m, with 64 000 data points IDEAL
achieves 5m.

in the software.
The manual refers to the VFL under the "macrobend" section!
These specifications are important as they reveal the accuracy
for loss measurements. After the analysis of the Noyes unit,
IDEAL found they have a very poor event detection and analysis.
